Italian Roast
Slow cook pork roast in a mixture of water and Walden Farms Italian Dressing. Remember "don't cheat"! Ladies, only 3.5 oz of the meat and Gentleman, 5 oz
Taco meat seasoning
Terragon Spice
Cumin Spice
Cayenne Pepper
Lemony Herbed Miracle Noodles with Tomatoes, and Olives
2 bags of angel hair, fettuccini or orzo Miracle Noodles
3 tablespoons cold pressed extra-virgin olive oil
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 medium-large ripe plum tomatoes(about 3/4 pound) cored, seeded and diced
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
1/2 cup finely chopped flat leaf parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoons finely chopped tarragon
2 teaspoons finely chopped rosemary
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1) Empty Miracle Noodles into colander, draining the water that the noodles
are packed in. Boil for one minute, drain, pat dry with a small hand towel
and set aside in a large bowl.
2) In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Pour the dressing over the Miracle Noodles and toss well. Add the tomatoes, olives,
feta, green onions, parsley, mint, tarragon, rosemary, thyme and a generous grinding of pepper. Toss well and serve within an hour or so of completion.
The herbs can be found very easily during the summer season and provide an
enormous flavor punch without the salt!
The above combination of herbs does wonders on just about anything. Try
the fresh rosemary and thyme on chicken and get ready for the compliments.
Put that on a bed of Miracle Noodles and you have a great meal.
Salsa for Maintenance
Tomatos, onions, fresh jalapeno
finely chopped and mixed together.
Serve over meat of your choice.
Cinnamon Chile Crusted Steak
2tsp Anch Chile pepper
1 1/2tsp Salgon Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Tarragon Leaves
1 1/2 tsp Mexican Oregano Leaves
1 tsp Chipotle chile pepper
1 tsp Parsley Flakes
3/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1-Mix all spices evenly in a bowl.
2-Coat your desired lean steak evenly by pressing each side into the spices.
3-Grill steaks over medium heat for 8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is achieved!
Spicy Asian Chicken
3.5 oz Shredded boiled chicken breast and a healthy bunch of chopped celery stewed in the following:
· Tablespoon minced garlic
· Strong dash of cayenne pepper
· 4 Chopped green onions
· Curry powder (Add To Taste)
· Water enough to float the garlic
Cover and simmer. Sprinkle with a salt substitute and eat while celery is a bit crunchy.
Tuna Boat Salad
3.5oz albacore tuna
1/2 chopped cucumber
1 green onion
Waldens Farms Ranch Dressing
Mustard to Taste
Pepper to Taste
Cayenne Pepper to Taste
Mix together and fill 4-5 crisp Romaine Lettuce Leaves
Creamed Asparagus
2 cups fresh asparagus, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 medium onion, or 1 cup fresh mushrooms, or 1/2 cup
diced green pepper
2 cups Walden Farms Alfredo Sauce
1 teaspoon Kirkland Organic No Salt Seasoning
1-Simmer asparagus, onion, mushroom or pepper, with Organic No Salt Seasoning, add small amounts of water as needed. Remember that you have better weight loss with use of only one vegetable consumed at a meal with the free amounts of lettuce, cucumber, and celery.
2-Set simmered vegetables to the side and add Alfredo Sauce. Heat to preferred temperature and serve.
Curry Chicken
1 diced onion
1 pound of chicken
2 cloves of fresh garlic
1 tablespoon curry powder
½ cup fresh cilantro (optional)
Romaine lettuce
1-Sere chicken in pan on both sides. Then place diced onion and garlic in pan with a small amount of water with curry powder. Cover and let simmer until chicken has completed cooking and onions are tender.
2-Serve in rolled romaine lettuce leaf or on top of lettuce salad.
Variation-Instead of chicken, may use beef or venison, if vegetarian may use black, red, or kidney beans!
Cinnamon Pear
1 pear
1/2 packet of Stevia
1 tsp of cinnamon
Slice the pear and place in a microwave safety dish with 1 tbsp of water. Sprinkle the Cinnamon and Stevia over the top. Microwave until warm
(30 seconds) and serve.
CARMEL APPLES
one apple freshly sliced
sprinkle with cinamon
1/4 water
1 TBL Walden Farms Carmel dip
Mix above ingredents and place in microwave dish. Microwave for 5 minutes, check water in dish and add water if necessary so no burning occurs, microwave for 5 more minutes, allow to sit 5 minutes and eat in front of co-workers. MMMMGOOD!

Strawberry Delight
1 hand full of strawberries, sliced
1/2 packet of Stevia in the Raw
Sprinkle the Stevia over top of the strawberries in a zip lock bag. Refrigerate over night and you have one of your delicious fruits for the day!
Very Spicy Beef Mushroom Soup
3.5 Ounce Beef Strip Cubed
Sliced Mushrooms
Diced Celery
Ms. Dash Spicy Seasoning to taste
1 Teaspoon Low Sodium Bullion
2 Cups Boiling Water
Add 2 tablespoons water to bottom of quart-sized pot. Braise beef until brown adding a few shakes of Ms Dash. Stir well so that beef absorbs the spices. Once brown, add celery and mushrooms and sauté (add more water if needed). Add a few more shakes of Ms. Dash and stir to coat.
While sautéing, dissolve bullion in 2 cups boiling water. Add to veggie/beef mix. Boil for approx. 15 minutes, then turn to low until meat is tender.
